When Covid hit, they knew that they had to make changes to switch their focus to accommodate to their customers online. Closing their shop front in Exmouth, they needed a website where they could shift the communication to, but also provide excellent customer service, an easy online booking system and also a place to showcase their guests’ previous experiences on board.
