As one of the largest golfing product suppliers in Australia, Golfbox is well-known nationwide. With brick and mortar stores in Perth and a powerful online presence, Golfbox came to us in 2018 to continue their growth.

With more competitors shifting online and other related companies incorporating golfing products into their range, Golfbox needed to ensure they remained top of the game as the best golf product supplier in Australia. COVID-19 definitely gave a lift to their online sales, but they wanted to make sure they were still doing everything right and continue to work towards being the best. That’s where Dilate came in.

Our initial campaign build came from new product launches and best selling brands. We focused our campaigns around return on ad spend (ROAS) rather than conversion rate, as our goal was to deliver high-value product sales (such as golf clubs) rather than lower-priced products, like gloves - quality over quantity was the main goal.

We utilised shopping ads to get Golfbox out in front of their competition to showcase their new product releases and increase their brand reach. We also placed a significant focus on increasing search impression share to restrict competitor access to keywords. This was key in making sure we weren’t leapfrogged by the competition.
