I founded Dilate Digital from a home theatre room in 2012 and worked solo until hiring our first Dilate legend in early 2014. Since then I have slowly replaced myself with the best minds I could find with the goal of instilling a sense of purpose, belonging and the Dilate values in each of these special souls. To find out what lights their fires and guide them in the direction of it. There is a little bit of magic here at Dilate and it comes from the collective energy and vibe of our people. Originally from sunny (but mostly rainy) England, I made the move from the hustle and bustle of the Big Smoke to the relaxed beach life of Perth in August 2024. As a dual citizen of Australia and England, it was only a matter of time before I swapped drizzle for ocean dips and finally got my much-needed dose of vitamin D.

When I'm not strategising content, I’m all about anything creative—from pottery painting to digital art. I’m also a huge Disney fan and can name any Disney song within the first 3 seconds. And yes—I'm at a perfectly acceptable age to still be obessed with Disney.

I got into marketing at 16 when I handed out a stack of resumès and no one hired me. My goal was to make $500 by the end of the summer holidays. With 3 weeks left, no job, I spent countless hours scheming. Not long after I devised a plan, opened a Shopify store and within the first 72 hours I smashed that goal. Ever since then I fell in love with Marketing.

Outside of work I do the same thing as I did growing up. Getting lost for hours obsessing over a topic. If i’m not taking notes on my computer about something. Then you can find at my MMA gym pressed against the cage or right in the centre of the octagon.

Howdy! I’m Chloe, the Office Admin at Dilate Digital - aka the go-to person for literally anything and the official supplier of lollies (because a sugar boost is always required at 3pm). Whether I’m planning fun office events, keeping things organised, or answering an endless stream of questions, I do my best to keep things running smoothly - while talking a lot, sometimes on topic, but mostly not.

Outside of work, I’m a bookworm on a mission to read 100 books a year, a Nintendo Switch and F1 enthusiast, and a former Taekwondo black belt (strong emphasis on former but yes, I'll still brag about it). With a background in philosophy and English, I enjoy debating life’s big questions - mostly for fun, sometimes for existential dread. I also volunteer my time for causes I care about, because overthinking and making a difference IS the ultimate combo.

Hello, I'm Punith, I'm a digital strategist here at Dilate. Born and raised in Sri Lanka and recently moved to Perth WA. I've lived in the East for a couple of years hence the Aussie culture isn't completely alien to me.

I love my sports, I watch all sorts of sports and I am a quick learner. Some of the sports I follow closely are Cricket (yeah I contribute to the stereotype), Football and Formula 1(I've been following F1 well before Netflix was invented).
in addtion to the sports, I do love to sing at my leisure (mostly classics) and I would call myself a friendly easygoing person.

Outside of work, I've not found myself a routine just yet to best spend the time, but I have been spending a fair amount of time gardening lately so I guess I am discovering myself as I am entering my 30s. So lets see how it goes.
